Legal Aspects in Insurance Agreements: Understanding Rights and Responsibilities

Jakarta, Kompasone.com – Jasa Raharja won the award as Runner Up in the Risk Innovation and Technology category at the 2024 ASEAN Risk Awards (ARA). This prestigious award event at the Southeast Asian level was held at St. Regis Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday (05/07/2024).

Award winners in this category are recognized as having contributed to the advancement of risk management knowledge and practice, by utilizing or inventing new technologies in response to changing contexts.

Director of Compliance and Risk Management, Harwan Muldidarmawan, said that Jasa Raharja's participation in this event was an opportunity for companies to compare company achievements (positioning) and contributions, as well as inspire other companies to encourage progress in implementing risk management in Southeast Asia.

This award is proof that Jasa Raharja is able to compete on the international stage. "This is a good achievement, as a result of the hard work of all levels of the company, encouragement from the Ministry of BUMN, and the participation of all related work partners," said Harwan in Jakarta.

It is hoped that Jasa Raharja's success in gaining international recognition will spark the enthusiasm of all Jasa Raharja personnel to continue providing the best service without ignoring risk management aspects.

ARA is the first award that aims to empower progress in implementing risk management in the Southeast Asia region. At the 2024 ARA, there were 400 submissions from various companies and industries in Southeast Asia that took part in the event.
